Trent and Jake participated in the Change Agent – Manager Acceleration Program with Engine Room, Business Innovation this year, beginning the journey in February, culminating with a grand presentation event at Curtin University in Perth.
They both presented what they learnt this year, to their fellow participants and sponsors, and expressed how the course has positively contributed to how they view and address day-to-day and longer-term issues, and their personal development and business plans at MJB.
It was a thrill to witness two very polished performances from Trent and Jake, which highlighted their growth in 2025, and how they will apply their learnings to MJB and their teams in the future.
